Application<\/strong> Computer solution that enables the User to use the Features and Services offered by VISAMUNDI ;
Customer<\/strong> Person who has signed and agreed to the T&Cs and the obligations contained therein;
Administrative Document<\/strong> Document requested by the Customer to carry out personal or professional administrative procedures;
Data<\/strong> Any element (information, texts, photographs, photocopies, messages, etc.) collected by the User and implemented by him\/her within the Site, the Application and the Services through his\/her use;
Personal data<\/strong> Identifiable natural or legal person\" means any natural or legal person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural or social identity;
